Role: To continue this growth and development they are now looking to recruit a National Account Controller – Grocery. In this role you will take full P&L responsibility for the Grocery channel, manage the performance and development of your National Account team and personally take responsibility for a top 3 customer. Reporting to the General Manager, you will set the sales agenda, shape the commercial strategy and form part of the senior management team – importantly however you must also be comfortable leading by example and operating and the sharp end of FMCG.
Person: We are looking for an experienced Senior National Account Manager or National Account Controller with a track record of creating joint business plans, seizing opportunities and driving business growth with top 4 grocery retailers. It is likely that you are working in an established and recognised FMCG business however you must also have the ability to succeed in smaller, more dynamic and flexible environments. Key to your success is your ability to lead and motivate your team, influence retailers at the most senior levels and achieve mutually rewarding growth plans.

This is a high profile role managing our most important customer so you must be able to create a positive impact and operate effectively under pressure.
