![]() | Ryan MackManaging Director for Grace Foods UKRyan joined Grace Foods UK as Managing Director in June 2011 with responsibility for developing the business throughout Europe, Africa and Asia. He started with the GraceKennedy group in 1991 and since then has worked in several roles across the food division. Amongst the positions he has held are: General Manager of World Brands Services, a company he headed at inception, General Manager of Grace Foods & Services, the largest company in the food division, and Senior General Manager with responsibility for all the Jamaican food companies in the Grace group. Prior to joining Grace Ryan worked for Bank of Nova Scotia, Deloitte and Jamaica Commodity Trading Company. |
![]() | Alan PoldingGeneral Manager, Grace Foods UK Alan joined Grace Foods UK in May 2008, and after a year as Group Supply Chain Director and two years as Managing Director of Enco, was appointed as Grace Foods General Manager in June 2011. In this role Alan is responsible for managing the operations, technical, IT and manufacturing teams within Grace Foods UK. Prior to joining Grace Alan held senior operational and supply chain roles at Entertainment UK and Mars Confectionery. |
![]() | Andy CoultGeneral Manager, Enco Products Andy joined Enco in December 2010 and is responsible for the continued growth of the Enco business through our main brands – Nurishment, Encona, Dunns River and Grace. His previous experience includes UK and international roles with the Dole Food Company and Douwe Egberts. |
![]() | Phil ArthursGeneral Manager, Funnybones Foodservice Phil joined Funnybones Foodservice in January 2008. Prior to joining Funnybones, Phil held senior sales, marketing and acquisition roles with blue chip foodservice companies including CPC / Bestfoods, Unilever, RHM and Premier Foods. His early career involved foodservice operational roles with Allied-Lyons, British Transport Hotels and ARAMARK. In his current role, Phil is responsible for all matters relating to Funnybones Foodservice, which is the foodservice division of Grace Foods UK Ltd. |

He has previously held the position of Commercial Director at JA Sharwood & Co Ltd and Sales & Marketing Director at B.E. International Foods. |
![]() | George PhillipsBusiness Development Director, Grace Foods UK George joined Grace Foods UK in September 2007, shortly after the acquisition of the business by GraceKennedy, and spent 3 years as Commercial Director in Enco before moving to head up Business Development for the Group in 2010. In this role George is primarily responsible for overseas markets and strategic brand and business partnerships for the Group. Prior to joining Grace George held senior sales and marketing positions at Northern Foods, Bahlsen, ConAgra and New Covent Garden Soup. |
![]() | Jerome MilesGeneral Manager, Export East Jerome joined GraceKennedy in Jamaica as Business Development Manager in May 2005 working as part of the mergers and acquisitions team. Jerome was part of the team that worked on the acquisition of the then WT Foods which is now Grace Foods UK. Following the acquisition in 2007, Jerome transferred to the UK to join Grace Foods UK as Director of Supply Chain. Since that time he has also held the positions of General Manager of Funnybones Foodservice Ltd. and General Manager Services. He currently holds the position of General Manager Export East having responsibility of export sales to Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and Australia. |
![]() | Adam ReaderHead of Finance for Grace Foods UK Adam joined Grace Foods in April 2000. His initial role was as financial controller of Funnybones and has since had responsibility for each of the operating companies with the UK group. He has been Head of Finance since October 2008. Prior to joining Grace, Adam had worked in audit and forensic accounting and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1995. His previous experience includes Robson Rhodes and Hereward Philips (part of Smith and Williamson). |
